A prisoner who escaped a New Hampshire jail is charged in Connecticut with being a fugitive from justice and larceny of a motor vehicle.
Jianming Zeng has been charged in Oklahoma with obtaining money under false pretenses, after he was charged for his role in a similar scam which targeted an elderly man in Charlestown New Hampshire.
Authorities identified him as Jianming Zeng, 33, of Brooklyn, N.Y., a wanted fugitive who reportedly had escaped from a New Hampshire county jail nearly 200 miles away the day before.
The man who escaped from a jail in Unity, New Hampshire, and was later captured in Norwalk, Connecticut, is also facing charges in Oklahoma.
