NVIDIA uncorked some news regarding the GeForce NOW service at CES 2025, and it has officially been confirmed to come to the Steam Deck sometime in 2025.

GeForce Now is officially headed to the Steam Deck and virtual reality headsets, but it may be a while before you can game in the cloud.

Nvidia is expanding its GeForce Now game streaming service to more platforms, including the Meta Quest 3 and 3S, Pico, and, yes, even the Apple Vision Pro.

NVIDIA is launching a native GeForce Now app on the Steam Deck and browser versions on major mixed reality headsets including the Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest 3 and 3S, the company said at CES 2025.

The Steam Deck is a great device, but it ain’t exactly a powerhouse. And with new graphics cards coming into the market from every angle, plus new AAA games that almost demand them, the Steam Deck’s aging integrated setup isn’t looking any hotter.

Nvidia GeForce Now will soon be on the Steam Deck, allowing access to 100s more games that couldn't normally run.
