Cleveland hotels are protesting a proposed tax hike – a 1% addition to the bed tax to help pay for a new Browns stadium in Brook Park.

The bipartisan bill would also require the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of new tariff measures, and give the legislative branch the power to terminate tariffs with a vote.
