Sioux Falls remains in a winter weather advisory until 9 p.m. Monday. More snow expected Tuesday and Wednesday.

There is no doubt this has been an odd winter when it comes to snowfall. In Sioux Falls, city plow drivers got their first taste of a snow event. The snow came down heavily at times on Monday. That, combined with the snow the city got Friday night into Saturday

Sioux Falls is under a snow alert following another round of snowfall throughout Monday, so it's time to move vehicles out of the street. Plowing of emergency routes under the snow alert began as of 4 p.m. Monday, and will continue until the routes are clear.
