Sharks Foundation and Kaiser Permanente donated $30,000 to the Special Olympics Northern California floor hockey program.

SAN JOSE — The San Jose Sharks recalled defenseman Luca Cagnoni, one of the AHL’s top scoring defensemen, from the San Jose Barracuda on Tuesday. Cagnoni, listed at 5-foot-9, 180 pounds, has been an offensive dynamo in the AHL this season 47 points, including 34 assists, in 56 games with the Barracuda in his first year of professional hockey.
