Each year the Abilene Preservation League holds a tour at the municipal cemetery featuring actors as noted figures from Abilene's history.

A graduate of Atherton High School class of 1976. He was a mainstay of the city's restaurant scene for nearly 40 years, including The Winery, Fat Cats, Uptown Cafe and Wick's Pizza, to name a few.
