The union representing health-care workers at the call centre says there have been two cases of COVID-19 at the centre, and some employees say more should be done to protect them.

Southern Health-Santé Sud is warning residents about a rise in measles cases in the region and urging the public to check immunization records and take steps to reduce transmission.

The transferred calls are being handled by a dedicated team of Info-Santé nurses in Laval. The chief of service, Nancy Vachon, says the team is able to handle about 3,000 calls a month.
