The Department of Building applications reveal that another 1,025 units could be headed to the Brooklyn neighborhood.

GREENPOINT — PAPERWORK has been filed for three additional residential towers at Greenpoint Landing on the Brooklyn waterfront, creating an additional 1,025 units in the multi-building complex.

Greenpoint Landing, located on Commercial Street, is focused on helping homeless families and low-income families get a new home they can afford. It features 374 units of new affordable housing.
