Cooler temperatures and sporadic light rains are possible through Thursday or Friday in the Southland, with gusting winds expected to buffet the area starting Tuesday.

There will be a dry spell between storms — and get ready for some cooler temperatures until the rain is gone, plus snow in local mountains.
