Officers discovered thousands of gallons of diesel fuel in a stolen U-Haul truck in Rancho Cordova, authorities said.

Police said the house owner, identified as Vivekanand Mishra, aged between 55-60 years, has been detained and is currently being questioned. The woman's identity remains unknown.
