The arctic blast has hit Oklahoma, bringing frigid temperatures, snow, ice, and hazardous road conditions to the state.

At least three vehicles were involved in a crash Tuesday morning near Lake Stanley Draper in southeast Oklahoma City after freezing drizzle created slick roads.
