The “Grey’s Anatomy” alum revealed he was diagnosed with ALS last Thursday —- just weeks after he called off his divorce from estranged wife Rebecca Gayheart.

Former “Grey's Anatomy” star Eric Dane revealed he has been diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

The actor, who plans to return to his role on the hit show “Euphoria,” told People magazine about his diagnosis.
