Chelsea have agreed a deal to sell Lesley Ugochukwu to Burnley, while Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is closing in on a move to Everton. The Blues are ramping up a summer clear-out of unwanted players to help balance the books and Burnley are also in talks to sign Armando Broja.

Monday saw progress made on a lot of deals. Midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is expected to head to Everton after a £29million fee (including add-ons) was agreed between the clubs. That switch comes just a year after he completed a £30million transfer from boyhood club Leicester City.
