A Tracy man who broke into a bedroom where two children were sleeping was arrested and later found to be in possession of 3,000 images of child sexual abuse material, police said.

Before being taken into custody, Nicholas Bloed and the rest of the courtroom heard emotional victim impact statements.

The operation revealed that multiple gang members were identified as suspects in several homicides that occurred between March and May.
