CJI Khanna comes out with fresh roster on allocation of cases, first 3 benches to hear PILs
Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna issued a new roster for allocating new cases to 16 benches. The first three courts, led by the CJI and the two senior-most judges, will handle letter petitions and PILs.
