Andrés Pérez de Lara, ARCA Menards Series and NASCAR Mexico Challenge Series champion, has inked a deal to complete the remainder of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season with Niece Motorsports beginning this weekend at Richmond Raceway.

Andres Pérez De Lara will move from Spire Motorsports to Niece Motorsports for the remainder of the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season. This is the third mid-season driver change in the NASCAR National Series ranks in as many weeks.

Chalk up another surprising midseason lineup change in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. On Monday, Spire Motorsports announced that Truck Series rookie Andres Perez had been released from the organization, with Niece Motorsports announcing shortly after that Perez will drive the No. 44 Chevrolet for the remainder of his rookie campaign.
