LONDON: BNP Paribas’s UK head of global banking Matthew Ponsonby has resigned from his positions, the bank said on Friday. A successor will be announced in due course, the bank said.

Serato chief executive Young Ly said the firm will remain in Ponsonby – home of most of its 175 staff – and will be run as an autonomous operation. He would remain in charge.
