A man was charged Tuesday in a mass shooting that left two people dead at a bar in Hammond, Indiana this past weekend. Caprice Edward Cashaw, 31, of Merrillville, was charged with multiple felonies — including murder and attempted murder — in the shooting early Sunday morning,

Two people were killed and three others wounded in a shooting early Sunday at a pub in Hammond, Indiana. At about 4 a.m., officers discovered five people shot at Portside Pub, 1516 Indianapolis Boulevard, according to Hammond police.

Hammond police said at Portside Pub early Sunday morning, they found the door riddled with bullets — and inside, five people who had been shot. Shardaa Gray reports.
