Speaking on the "Pat McAfee Show," Bill Belichick offered up a ringing endorsement for Mike Vrabel as Patriots head coach.

Mike Vrabel was introduced as the Patriots new head coach on Monday, and the former New England linebacker told reporters he intends to "galvanize" the franchise and "remove entitlement."

The Pats were thought to be rebuilding a few years ago. Looking back on it, from Tom Brady's exit to Jerod Mayo's, they were falling apart.
