Man dies after being found tied up inside basement of home in Chicago's Norwood Park community
CHICAGO (CBS) — A man was found dead after officers responded to a home Sunday night in the Norwood Park neighborhood. Chicago Police said officers responded just before 11 p.m. Sunday to a call of a person down in the 7600 block of West Talcott Avenue near, Olympia Avenue. A woman said she found her brother in a basement bedroom unresponsive.
The suspicious death of George Levin, 63, who lived with his mom and sister, is being investigated as a homicide.
