Union Minister for Minority Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, signed the deal in Jeddah with Saudi Minister for Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Bin Fawzan Al Rabiah, finalising a quota of 1,75,025 pilgrims for 2025 Hajj.
