Sheriff Wayne Ivey announced a warrant for the arrest of two evicted tenants, Frederick and Christopher Tindall, who are accused of leaving their dog Rosie to die in their vacant apartment.
Ivey said the dog, named Rosie, had been abandoned in the apartment after two tenants, Frederick and Christopher Tindall, were evicted. Rosie was left behind without food, water or power.
