Jury returns death penalty for Adel Ramos, who killed Sacramento cop Tara O’Sullivan
Adel Ramos, who admitted to the bloody ambush killing of Sacramento police rookie Tara O’Sullivan in 2019, was sentenced to death on Thursday by a Sacramento Superior Court jury.
