Clouds are building on Wednesday morning of our next storm system. Rain showers will move into the St. Louis area Wednesday afternoon and linger through the evening. Rain is expected to be widespread but overall rainfall totals will be light,

The chance for showers moves into Denver's weather forecast this evening, ahead more more sunshine the second half of the week.

The weather is expected to be pretty sunny and mild for the rest of the week, including the weekend. But Pinpoint Weather Meteorologist Liz McGiffin says another chance of rain is expected at the beginning of the next work week.

The fourth and final supermoon of the year will occur on Friday, Nov. 15. The November full moon is also called the "Beaver Moon," in a nod to how beavers begin to take shelter for the winter around this time of year, according to the Old Farmer's Almanac.

Another astronomical event could be visible in the coming nights as the second branch of the Taurid meteor shower reaches its peak.
