The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has opened an investigation into a workplace fatality at the Tyson Foods plant in Dakota City, federal authorities confirmed Wednesday.

DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KCAU) — Federal authorities are investigating a workplace death at the Dakota City Tyson plant. A spokesperson for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) told KCAU 9 that the death occurred Monday morning at the Tyson Foods plant.

Federal authorities have confirmed to KTIV that a death occurred at a Tyson Foods plant in Northeast Nebraska. A U.S. Department of Labor spokesperson says the Occupational Safety and Health Administration,
