During a police pursuit, an 18-year-old migrant stopped, “looked” at one of the undercover officers chasing him “and smiled” before nearly hitting the officer and a marked police car, police said.

Authorities say two people were seriously injured in a crash after a man fled from law enforcement during a traffic stop on Monday.
