The man arrested in connection with the killing of a couple on a Devil's Den State Park hiking trail will appear before a judge for the first time Friday morning for a preliminary hearing where he is expected to be advised of the charges pending against him,

Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, were found dead Saturday at the park in Washington County, police said. They were hiking with their daughters, ages 7 and 9.
