New deliveries of Tesla’s Cybertruck have been paused following reports of trims "flying off" the vehicle, Electrek reports. According to conversations with auto dealers posted in an online community for Cybertruck owners,

America’s favorite low poly electric truck is facing a new set of problems that don’t have anything to do with people spray painting swastikas or crude comments about Elon Musk on them. Deliveries of the Tesla Cybertruck are on hold while the company addresses issues with reports that the trim is becoming detached and flying off, Electrek reports.

At least eight would-be owners have reported a delay, and one indicates that the problem is a trim piece other owners have seen fly off at speed.
