Idaho prosecutors have unveiled a college essay from student murders suspect Bryan Kohberger that shows he knows his way around a crime scene, new court filings reveal.

An Idaho student murders survivor drew a sketch of the mask she says she saw on an intruder in her house the night four of her friends were killed.

The state revealed that it no longer intends to use bank records from a surviving roommate as evidence in the Bryan Kohberger trial.

The block was issued hours after the ACLU of Idaho on Thursday filed a lawsuit against the state of Idaho over a new policy Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed into law on Thursday, which allows law enforcement to record a person’s documentation status if they are suspected of a crime.

Paul Carlos Southwick, the ACLU of Idaho’s legal director, said in a news release that Idaho “cannot enforce this unconstitutional law. Every other court to have considered similar laws, including conservative federal appellate courts, has stopped laws like this one from going into effect.”
