Raising your Eevee’s Friendship stat and leveling it up during the day will evolve it into an Espeon. This will only work if your Eevee doesn’t know any Fairy-type moves in the game.

The catch here is, that Eevee should not possess Fairy Move, or otherwise, it would turn into Sylveon. The rest of the conditions are the same as Sylveon except for the not possession of Fairy Move.
