VJ Edgecombe has sifted down NBA Draft rankings, but if Baylor gets a shot at Duke, it could raise his draft stock in a battle between potential top 5 picks.

Edgecombe made only 34.5% of his 3s as a Baylor freshman, but according to Synergy data he shot 42.8% on 208 attempts his final two years in high school. And with his smooth form, confidence, and overall touch from the floor it seems like a fair bet he’ll tip the scales over 40% again.

All eyes are on the basketball world as March Madness gets underway and many of college basketball's biggest stars will compete for the game's ultimate prize. For many of those stars, it will be the last chance for collegiate glory before taking on their next challenge: the NBA.
