UConn star Paige Bueckers has confirmed that she will enter the 2025 WNBA draft at the conclusion of the 2024-25 women's college basketball season.

If the UConn women’s basketball team wants to make it out of the NCAA Tournament’s Spokane regional, it needs Jana El Alfy and Ice Brady to rise to the occasion.

Bueckers told Lobo, a former UConn star herself, of her intention to enter the draft but has not officially declared for the draft yet. Bueckers is projected by most outlets to be the No. 1 overall pick, which the Dallas Wings own following the draft lottery in December.
