Trader Joe's limits purchase amounts of eggs as costs rise at all locations, including in Grand Rapids
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — As the cost of eggs continues to rise in Michigan, grocery stores are now posting limits on how many eggs you can purchase at a time. Stores like Trader Joe's have now started limiting customers to one dozen eggs per day, to help with the supply and demand issue.

Trader Joe’s limiting egg purchases amid bird flu outbreak, report says
“Due to ongoing issues with the supply of eggs, we are currently limiting egg purchases to one dozen per customer, per day, in all Trader Joe’s stores across the country,” a Trader Joe’s spokesperson told CNN. “These limits will help to ensure that as many of our customers who need eggs are able to purchase them when they visit Trader Joe’s.”
As a result, Trader Joe's and Lidl U.S. are among the several grocery stores limiting how many eggs shoppers can buy.
