Temperatures across the Houston area dipped into the mid 30s again overnight Monday. A cold weather advisory will stay in effect across the area until 9 a.m. Tuesday, and another could be issued Tuesday into early Wednesday.

As we head into the first weekend of 2025, we do so with a very interesting forecast shaping up not only for the weekend, but through most of next week as well.

A freeze warning and a cold weather advisory were issued for Monday morning in the Houston area. Feels-like temperatures were in the teens and 20s waking up Monday morning. Bundle up today as wind chill values stay in the 20s and low 30s.
