A pedestrian was hit in North Austin Thursday morning. The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Thunder Creek Road and Jollyville Road. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the crash happened Sunday around 9:43 p.m. at 10000 Block N Lamar Blvd. ACTEMS and APD responded to the accident. Police said the vehicle left after hitting a pedestrian.

AUSTIN, Texas — One person is dead after a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle Thursday morning in North Austin. Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services (ATCEMS) arrived just after 6 a.m. to the 11000 block of Jollyville Road, where crews said they attempted CPR on an adult.

Austin-Travis County EMS and the Austin Police Department responded to an “auto vs pedestrian” crash at the intersection of Jollyville Road and Thunder Creek Road.

Police have identified the victim who died this week in Austin's third deadly crash of the year. According to the Austin Police Department (APD), 47-year-old Jarren T. Wallingsford was killed after a two-vehicle collision on Monday at East Parmer Lane and Samsung Boulevard in northeast Austin.
