We've been hearing rumors for what feels like an eternity about Microsoft working with ASUS' ROG division on a gaming handheld device, and we got confirmation during the Xbox Games Showcase at Summer Game Fest.

Xbox has partnered with ASUS ROG to bring their very own version of the Ally, called the Xbox Ally and the Xbox Ally X.

The systems will launch with an updated “Xbox full screen experience” for Windows 11, which is optimized for handheld gaming.
