The Nifty 50 ended the session with a slight decline of 0.02%, closing at 22,119, while the Sensex fell 0.09% to finish at 73,085 compared to Friday’s close. The broader market ended mixed, with the Nifty Midcap 100 index gaining 0.

Indian stock markets ended flat on Monday, with the Nifty extending its losing streak to the ninth day amid the uncertain global situation. At the end of the trading, the Sensex stood at 73,085.94, down 112.

Sensex stood at 73,593.26, up 395.16 points or 0.54 per cent. Nifty was trading at 22,243.85, up 119.15 points or 0.54 per cent. In Asia, most markets were trading higher, with the Nikkei at 1.4 per cent climbing the most.
