It was a dramatic way to do it, but Green Run’s boys basketball team won the Virginia High School League Class 5 state title, getting a buzzer-beating layup from Kass Jackson to top Albemarle 43-41 Thursday at the Siegel Center at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
