Kansas State basketball jumped on Colorado early and cruised to a wire-to-wire victory and ended a four-game losing streak.

K-State beat them thanks to 21 points and eight rebounds from David N’Guessan to go along with 10 points and seven assists from Dug McDaniel. The Wildcats were so much better than Colorado that they were able to win by a comfortable margin with Coleman Hawkins and Mobi Ikegwuruka watching from the bench.

With the defeat, the Buffs officially clinched last-place in the 16-team Big 12. K-State played its third game without one of the most versatile players in the conference in wing Coleman Hawkins, yet the Wildcats still handled CU comfortably and never trailed while snapping a four-game losing streak.
