California-based Lucid Group on Friday said it will acquire select Arizona-based facilities and assets previously belonging to bankrupt electric and hydrogen-powered truckmaker Nikola Corp .

Lucid Motors has announced plans to buy facilities in Arizona currently owned by Nikola Corporation. In an announcement Friday, Lucid officials said they had reached an agreement to take over Nikola’s former Coolidge manufacturing facility and their Phoenix facility.
