About Us RWF Tax Services is wholly owned by Rivanna Woods Associates LLC (RWA), a local holding company in Fluvanna County established in 2006. RWA conducts business in different financial services areas such as insurance, investment management and financial planning. The addition of tax preparation and consulting services is a natural evolution for the company. Company history RWF Tax services is a start-up endeavor of RWA. It is a natural outgrowth of the financial services RWA has been providing since 2008. Leadership Rudy Garcia, MSEd, is the managing member of RWA. He is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative, Insurance Agent, and Real Estate Broker with more than 12 years experience in business in Fluvanna County. Rudy has deep ties in the county and is extremely active in the civic and philanthropic activities within the county. He currently serves on several non-profit boards and committees in the county as well as in the greater Central Virginia Region.
