This is a beautiful walk but be prepared for lots of uneven rocky steps! The last climb to the viewing platform involves two sturdy ladders and then rings to pull yourself up… it would be challenging…Full review by miriamferg
Is it worth doing the full Billygoat circuit as part of the Pinnacles walk, ie coming down from the Pinnacles turning left on to the track on the "Billygoat basin" side? Or should we just come down the same route? Our schedule is tight so we're wondering if it's worth spending an extra hour exploring the whole circuit. Thanks.

If the weather is good and track conditions fine, then yes. It’s is beautiful and a bit different. Lovely river at the end for a dip if you’d like it too.

There is a car park but be aware that security is not guaranteed so be sensible about what you leave in your vehicle. The hut is equipped with mattresses and the kitchen has gas cookers and some cooking utensils. You will need your own bedding and food. Make sure you have a good raincoat.
