Hello, both are possible. You can purchase tickets in advance, or on the spot. Caution, if you would like to purchase a ticket for all three - which offers a discount, just ensure that the days and times of the tours at the other mansions will coincide with your schedule. The Bellamy Mansion has more of a accommodating schedule, that is less restricted than the Latimer or the Burgwin-Wright Mansions.
