We really had a fantastic day. Jamy was a amazing tour gide he was so accommodating and friendly. Although i think uou can ask SA citizens a better price. Full review by Global66748801786

Fabulous day visiting 3 vineyards with Jamie who is an excellent and very personable guide. The wine, cheese and chocolate at Mitre’s Edge was wonderful and have brought wine back to the UK. Full review by williamrU6357ZG

Hi, I am staying in Misty Cliffs just South of Cape Town in December. My wife and 2 teenage 17 and 19 year olds will be traveling with my wife and I. We are only staying for 6 days but keen for one of those to be spent at local vineyard. Which one would you recommend? I’d be grateful for any guidance on how to spend our limited time. Thanks

Hi, wine tours take you through 6 different vineyards and even though it seems like a lot of wine tasting it works really well! Out of 6 that we visited I would definitely recommend Mitre's Edge in Stellenbosch - their wine was delicious and it goes well with cheese. Since you are going as a family I would also recommend Middelvlei wine estate. You can sit down and eat at their restaurant, have a tour of their wine making facilities and try the famous South African Pinotage. They have farm animals and provide accommodation, in case you would like to stay the night. Unless the teenagers get bored of seeing too many vineyards I would definitely recommend the whole tour! Enjoy! : )
