Great place to sit or grill. Large eating area looking out the sliding glass doors onto the decks. The large living room has a big screen TV mounted on the wall with plenty of sitting space. The bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. On the main level are 2 bedrooms, one has a day bed with the trundle bed pull out the other bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The yard has a fire pit with seating for making s'mores. This cottage is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes to drive or 15-20 minute walk to downtown or South Beach.
