Iconic, well worth it, catch the cable cars to the top and walk down. It would be better in the spring when the flowers were out but worth it any time of yearFull review by Trail33526371270

I believe so. There's a proposition of collecting tolls from drivers who are driving down Lombard street, which to many, find it quite ridiculous, but it is what it is. i am not sure when that will take effect notr if it has been approved. I am sure they will put a sign up there on fees before you proceed down. You can always park at the lower area of the attraction and take photos.
Q:
Is any parking garage near to Lombard st??
A:
There is normal city curbside parking.
