Home of the Council of Europe it is another impressive construct. Befitting its role as a major EU Institution. Begun in 1972 it was finally unveiled in 1977. Full review by permia

The European Union has a major presence in this city and this huge building is evidence of that. Not especially pretty but it is impressive and should be observed as a part of your city tour. Full review by Thomas V
