The only downside to this beach is the limited parking. Otherwise the beach was clean, had both waves and calm area and although busy wasn't too loud. There is also a stone breakwater to explore Full review by Debbie T

Is this the same beach as North Beach Ogunquit ME? Isn't Moody beach north of this one and a totally private beach area - except for walking at the water's edge?

I think of Moody as end of Mile rd at Lafayette resort. Take a right on Church st. To Webhanet rd. Follow that to public parking or the Wall parking near lobster pound. Great dog …
I think of Moody as end of Mile rd at Lafayette resort. Take a right on Church st. To Webhanet rd. Follow that to public parking or the Wall parking near lobster pound. Great dog walking before 8am or after 6pm. Yes, you can walk to Ogunquit but no services\food until miles of sand. High tide steep slope on knees! Public parking rates posted, Visa then display ticket on dashboard. Better than Ogunquit. Or take trolley off rt 1.
