I don't know if there are any options in Tempe to tour the Grand Canyon. When were we there, we drove up to Flagstaff and spent the night. Then we left the next morning and spent the day at the Grand Canyon. It was an awesome experience. We also spent a day in Sedona hiking and touring the downtown area. It is also a beautiful city.

Yes, however you need to find them that are associated with restaurants. Nightclubs primarily have covers.

Yes, under 18 allowed, Mill Avenue and the area is near ASU campus. under 18 allowed to eat in the bars that serve food, no problem
