How long should I allow to spend here?

An hour or less allows for a nice stroll through the area but there are also picnic areas if you want to bring lunch or snacks.

It depends on how busy they are. It was quiet when we were there and you could park a trailer.

Based on comments from friends who live nearby, their 2 Standard Poodles were allowed to walk thru, no matter the time of year.

Not sure if it has posted hours. We were there mid day.,,,not gated so we drove Ishtar in. No entry fee...they only ask for donations at a sculpture on the way out.
